1 Storm Bay Road, Augusta. Built in the 1980s, the home is well known in Flinders Bay for its unique position and expansive coastal outlook.

Set on the bend of Davis Road, the property enjoys approximately 270 degrees of uninterrupted views across the Southern Ocean. During whale watching season, guests are treated to an unforgettable natural spectacle, with whales often visible as they travel along the coastline.

The home offers a spacious and comfortable layout with three bedrooms split across two levels. While the interiors reflect its original era, the property provides a relaxed, nostalgic feel.

Upstairs features the larger king bedroom with an ensuite. From here, you can start your day slowly — coffee in hand from the Nespresso machine — while taking in views across Granny’s Pool and the ocean beyond.

Downstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms. The main bedroom features a queen bed and sliding doors that open to the ocean, while the second bedroom has a double/single bunk, making it ideal for families.

The full-length balcony is the perfect place to unwind at the end of the day — think red wine, a cheese platter, and a stunning sunset over the water.
