Cowrie is well appointed self contained 3 bedroom 2 bathroom chalet located in Leeuwin Lane. Leeuwin Lane runs through to Seine Bay, the Colour Patch and the iconic river walkway, and a short walk to the local Pub and Supermarket.

There is a master Queen bedroom and en suite down stairs, a Queen bedroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds (suitable only for children) upstairs. Down stairs is the second bathroom, kitchen, dinning and lounge room. There is a fully enclosed courtyard and a lock up garage.
