A short walk to throw a line in, launch your kayak or SUP, and meters to town to shop, have coffee or dinner out, also a very short drive to the Colour Patch and the pristine waters of Flinders Bay. 

The perfect location for families with all that nature and the outdoors have to offer, centrally located to Augusta skatepark and BMX track, kids are safe to have their own adventure on bikes or exploring the town.

The Studio has a modern well-equipped kitchenette, dining/lounge area with smart TVs & free Wi-Fi. Veranda with a private BBQ and outdoor furniture to enjoy alfresco dining. The chalet has a queen bedroom, single bunks & two-day beds in the main living space. There is a separate bathroom and WC & Laundry combined.
