Jen’s Beach House is a classic 1990s holiday home, quietly tucked right on the beach between Flinders Bay and the Colour Patch. Its simple, functional layout makes it perfect for families or groups looking for a straightforward, relaxed coastal escape.

The house offers a queen bedroom with ensuite, a second bedroom with a double bed, and a third bedroom with two single beds. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area is practical and comfortable, with a second bathroom and separate toilet. Step outside onto the north-facing porch to enjoy the view and fresh sea air.

During winter, whales are often visible in the bay from the shoreline. Jays Beach is just 50 metres away, and the nearby Blackwood River mouth is a short, scenic walk. Take a stroll along Augusta’s paved footpaths to town, the river foreshore, or the Colour Patch — where dolphins are sometimes seen cruising past the grassed picnic areas.

This home doesn’t offer Wi-Fi or modern tech — it’s the perfect spot to disconnect and reconnect with family and friends.
