Maizies View – A Hidden Gem

Situated at the top of the hill, gazing distance from the Blackwood River Mouth. This hidden gem is tucked away to create the prefect cosy cottage holiday spot. Surrounded by lush trees and a huge patio you can enjoy the stunning views in peace.

Recently lovingly renovated the 1950s old character door invites you into a tastefully decorated home. The first bedroom you pass has two single beds and plenty of space to unpack. The hall flows onto a modern kitchen with all the mod cons. Windows flood the space with lush natural light. Turn slightly and through the period feature doors you will catch your first ocean glimpses. 

The master bedroom is located off the open lounge/family room. Boasting a luxury King Bed, again flooded with natural light you can drop your laptop on the desk and say “it can wait” there is relaxing to be done here at Maizies.  

Restored jarrah floorboards, large windows with views to the garden and an opulent family sized couch. The room features a large smart Tv, telescope and vintage bar to complete the rooms feel of Holiday!

The family bathroom come laundry with large shower are also newly renovated. 

Enjoy a BBQ and watching the colours of the water change as the sun dips away behind you with a local wine and the sound of the ocean whispering from below.  

Maizies View is hilltop haven for those seeking peace and quiet with an ode to the past.

Small dogs will be considered on request.

• No dogs in bedrooms or on beds
• No dogs on furniture/sofas
• All dog hair cleaned completely or extra charges will be incurred for cleaning. This cost will be deducted from your bond. The dog bond is $100 and will be part of your bond if not taken separately.
