Pelicans View offers a spacious master king bedroom with a private ensuite. Two additional bedrooms: one with a king-sized bed and the other with two single beds, perfect for families or groups of up to six. A shared family bathroom with a laundry is conveniently located down the hallway.                 

The large fully equipped country kitchen makes meal prep a breeze, while the family dining area and open plan lounge provide the ideal space to share meals and relax together.
