Climb the stairs to the main living, kitchen and family dining area. The first thing you’ll see is the sweeping views of the Blackwood River.

A wide wrap-around balcony is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the simple peace of Augusta. The Master Queen bedroom is also located upstairs with a shared ensuite bathroom & toilet. 

Back downstairs there are two great-sized bedrooms, one queen and the other with a double single bunk combo, a family lounge so the kids can escape the parents, a family bathroom & laundry. Outdoor shower for washing off after salty adventures. BBQ for the day’s fresh catch.

Take a nature walk to Flat Rocks – Left at the bottom of the street, launch your boat or kayak at the boat ramp which is only a short distance from the house. 

When the chilly weather sets in, light the fire and enjoy the view from the comfort of the living room.
