Jay’s Beach House – an easy walk to the ocean and the Colourpatch Cafe by the river

Jays Beach House is two storey, has beach views from nearly every room in the house with a balcony to enjoy alfresco dining.  Upstairs is open plan with a well equiped kitchen, dining/living area and balcony and King bedroom with ensuite.  Downstairs there is another living area,  bathroom w bath seperate WC. 

There are 2 Queen bedrooms and a bedroom with 2 single beds.

Total occupancy must NOT exceed 8 persons in total.

Jays Beach House is situated directly opposite Jays and the Deere st beach, and  the walkway that starts at Town Jetty and continues past Flinders bay towards the boat harbour and beyond to dead finish.

Room for dingy or small boat.

The beach is iconic for kite surfing internationally recognised as well as a great place to catch whiting.

Walk to the colour patch cafe for coffee or to the pub for dinner. or take the 5 minute drive you will be at the marina and flinders bay.
